The company's strength is its own software known as "YouWire," which can centrally manage voice information from office phones and mobile phones as text. For example, there is a wide range of applications, such as improving the operations of operators at call centers and automatically creating minutes for web conferences. Department Manager Kimishima says: "Thanks to our employees' efforts, we are receiving more than 10 times the amount of inquiries compared to before the pandemic." As Representative Corporate Officer Uchi says: "The secret of the company's strong performance is its environment, where you can freely take on new challenges from the planning proposal base and from the beginning of establishment and where many services have been commercialized from the casual thoughts of employees." Therefore, in the four one-on-one meetings every year between supervisors and the employees under their supervision, it is important not only to match the direction of the business but also to match the career path and vector of the employee. The company also visualizes the issues and goals of the organization and the individual, and devises ways to convince both parties of the correct path. In addition, staff can freely use a full range of educational programs paid by the company, such as online teaching materials and external training. A "voluntary study session" inviting outside lecturers is also held every week for employees to learn about the latest technology in Silicon Valley. The contents of the voluntary study sessions are published on a blog, and efforts are being made to commend the most-popular lectures at the end of the fiscal year. In addition, she says: "Currently, we are mainly working from home, but at 3 p.m., yoga and boxing videos are played automatically, so I am refreshed by moving my body." After work, the company provides opportunities for employees to enjoy spending time with each other in various ways, such as by participating in table tennis tournaments with colleagues and and attending local festivals, along with making cotton candy and popcorn in-house.
